The Frontend Engineer will participate in developing frontend solutions, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirement reviews and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to develop clear and feasible frontend solutions
Build high-quality, maintainable pages and components using React/Next.js
Provide frontend support for diverse business scenarios, including growth experiments, Landing/marketing pages, Community features, and core product experiences
Implement and maintain key experience metrics: event tracking, performance monitoring, SEO, loading speed, and interaction fluency
Rapidly turn ideas into MVPs and iterate continuously based on data and user feedback
Proactively identify and drive solutions to problems in a dynamic environment, while maintaining smooth communication with cross-functional teams

Required

At least 3 years of frontend development experience, with solid proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React tech stack
Sharp sense of detail and aesthetics to ensure interface and interaction quality
Sensitivity to data and metrics, understanding of tracking, event monitoring, and data-driven product iteration
Strong cross-team communication skills to collaborate efficiently with Product, Design, and Marketing teams
Ability to read technical and product documents in both Chinese and English
Curious and self-driven, willing to iterate quickly through trial and error and continuously optimize solutions

Preferred

Experience in cross-regional traffic optimization, SEO, Landing pages, or marketing campaign pages
Familiarity with tracking systems, A/B testing platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., GA, Posthog, Mixpanel)
Proficiency in animation tools such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie, or solid UI/UX fundamentals
Familiarity with 3D technologies like Three.js / WebGL / WebGPU / GLSL
Experience in building design systems or component libraries
Personal portfolio, technical writing, or open-source contributions
Startup experience, with the ability to maintain a clear rhythm in a fast-changing environment
