Responsibilities

Identify, write and edit a high volume of content daily; ensuring that content is accurate, grammatically correct, informative and entertaining (blog posts, headlines, social media content)
Enforces style and content standards
Generate creative and compelling ideas for stories, features and other shareable content across multiple formats
Manage and update archived materials
Collaborate with social team
Apply editorial judgement to content production

Required

A proven track record creating shareable, viral content on social media
Tech savvy with ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
Proficiency in writing news copy; fact checking and research; must work well under breaking news and deadlines
Understanding of social media with a working knowledge of SEO and tag management best practices
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Working knowledge of AI platforms
Relevant experience in web production and content creation
Photoshop, CMS publishing and HTML skills
Understanding of content marketing principles, fundamentals, strategies and key trends
Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English preferred
