Responsibilities

Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and dashboard creation in Smartsheet and other PMO tools

Help design and maintain dashboards and burn reports to track project performance and metrics

Observe and assist in generating and reconciling project invoices

Contribute to documenting PMO processes, workflows, and configurations

Work with project managers and analysts to enhance data accuracy and reporting consistency

Participate in refining templates, dashboards, and reporting tools for greater efficiency

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with data visualization tools is a plus)

Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized

Strong written and verbal communicator

Collaborative team player with an interest in project management, data integration, and reporting
