Responsibilities

Support engineering with deployment and development, serving as an on-site representative

Develop testing plans and support procedures for the customer site, prioritizing the product roadmaps and development goals

Execute robot commissioning and testing at the customer site, including tracking and analyzing collections, coding and debugging as necessary

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the desired performance and reliability of the robot in the field

Work with engineering to troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they appear and documenting learning to develop new SOPs

Plan and execute the logistics of deploying early-stage robotic systems to homes and apartments

Work with robot operators and technicians as the site lead, ensuring required work is completed and tools, spares, and equipment are available

Communicate feedback to engineering clearly
