Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with titles, tags, registrations, renewals, transfers, plates, and more
Guide customers through PennDOT paperwork with accuracy and confidence
Provide friendly, professional communication — in person and over the phone
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulations
Process payments and keep daily operations running smoothly
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment where teamwork matters
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Commitment to obtain Notary certification within 90 days
Preferred
Customer service, dealership, or DMV-related experience
Notary Public certification
Bilingual or multilingual skills
