Responsibilities
Consistent client engagement to develop strategic presentations, project plans and project updates, can be expected to manage projects and/or junior team members, where appropriate
Development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic area landscapes, commercial launch plans, strategy documents, strategic & operational plans, timelines, educational resources, and others
Development and management of projects including project plans, meeting coordination, status report development, client meeting planning/facilitation/note capture, follow-up communications
Data analysis including forecast development, sample planning, and market research insights
Client customer interviews (HCP, patient, payer) and report generation
Business opportunity identification
Increasing depth of knowledge in a therapeutic area and functional knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing which can be applied to future client project
Understanding of project scope & team time management to ensure alignment with contracts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5 years relevant experience preference from consulting experience, or Senior Manager level brand leads, Account service directors from agency settings
Project management (including spreadsheet and database management, agile project management methodologies)
Quantitative analysis and visualization (including Excel, Google Sheets, SAS, Stata); program management
Contract development
Industry compliance & risk management
Budget development, budget management, and forecasting
Customer relationship management
Stakeholder analysis and stakeholder engagement
Policy and procedure development
Process optimization and process improvement
Measurement, goal-setting and KPIs
Understanding of integrated activities including but not limited to digital health & omnichannel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized
Ability to manage one or more projects simultaneously
Frequent travel (>25%) to client locations as well as team in-person working sessions is required
Preferred
MBA or advanced life science degree preferred
