The Plumbing Engineer / Designer will be responsible for plumbing and fire protection design, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Design
Responsibilities
Plumbing and Fire Protection Design
Water distribution, storm drainage, sanitary waste and vent, and natural gas distribution design
Size, select, schedule, and design plumbing system components to include fixtures, specialties, and equipment
Fire Protection design including pumps, standpipes, and specialties
New building and remodel construction design
Knowledgeable of basic mechanical and electrical general requirements for discussions with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and Code Authorities
Knowledgeable of construction administration responsibilities including submittal review, RFI responses, performing site visits and writing field reports
AutoCAD proficient; Revit experience is a plus!
Qualification
Required

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
EIT or P.E. license preferred
