Digital Learning Project Manager - TERM
Vanderbilt University is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Project Manager to coordinate the development and launch of online degree programs and micro-credentials. This role involves managing collaborative efforts across departments and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
Use models such as ADDIE, SAM, and others to project manage the design and development of all programs
Collaborate with vendors, media professionals and project stakeholders to ensure deadlines, scope, and budgetary constraints are met for learning media production
Monitor project tasks to ensure completion according to schedule
Provide support for the development and execution of the University's new online degree programs and micro-credential offerings
Engage in strategic initiatives, aiding in the development of programmatic frameworks and operational processes
Manage end-to-end complex learning initiatives, ensuring projects move efficiently from ideation through design, development, delivery, and evaluation
Work closely with faculty, understanding academic schedules and workflows to facilitate project success
Draft and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate using project management tools such as Monday.com for task assignment, status updates, and capacity planning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in managing complex project workflows, delivering projects on time and within budget
Experience in higher education or educational organizations
Proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and project management tools such as Monday.com or Slack
Qualification

Experience managing digital learning projects in higher education
