Start in 2026 SummerBaird is a firm dedicated to maintaining its award-winning culture, and they are seeking an intern for their Culture and Integration team. The intern will gain exposure to how culture impacts business outcomes while managing historical documents and supporting various programming efforts.

Responsibilities
Manage, digitize, and organize historical documents related to Culture
Ensure proper cataloging and storage of documents for easy retrieval
Assist in designing dashboards or mechanisms to track meaningful Culture-related data
Support various research efforts to design and implement programming across the firm
Provide administrative support, participate in and/or shadow key programs at Baird, including New Associate Experience, Baird Coffee Breaks, Culture for Leaders, Annual Meeting, and other programs
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, library science, or related degree
Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or later
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player
Strong technology skills with a knack for finding creative solutions to problems
Exceptional organizational, attention to detail and time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
