Responsibilities

Evaluate Asset Based Finance opportunities and contribute to all phases of investment process

Lead due diligence processes including management calls and data analysis

Construct and model bespoke, securitized structures for assets: analyze and underwrite potential investments including reviews of collateral tapes, historical performance, facility structure, and develop quantitative models to conduct scenario analysis

Construct thoughtful investment memos using PowerPoint, detailing analysis and investment thesis

Lead third party workflows including auditors, rating agencies, servicers and other groups as appropriate

Monitor portfolio investments on an ongoing basis, providing periodic outputs on performance and other key metrics

Required

1-4 years of experience in ABS banking/investment banking or relevant buyside experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter personality capable of independently executing on existing strategy

High personal and ethical standards

Preferred

Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Intex or Python preferred

Preferably demonstrated track record in sourcing and executing privately originated asset-based opportunities
