Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
Build & Strengthen Relationships: You will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our clients, including their CFOs and Controllers. You will plan onboarding and the roll-out process for new fund managers, and evaluate product enhancements
Lead & Plan: You will own the planning and execution of onboarding processes for new fund managers. This includes mapping out detailed implementation plans, defining key milestones, and ensuring the right internal teams—such as engineering, product, and support—are engaged at the appropriate stages
Become a Product Expert: You’ll develop deep expertise in our software to provide strategic guidance during implementation and ongoing client support. Your insight will be critical in uncovering edge cases, solving complex fund structures, and ensuring client success
Discovery & Solution Design: You'll work closely with clients, particularly CFOs and Controllers, to understand their fund structures and operational needs. This includes participating in discovery sessions and designing solutions tailored to their workflows. Your work directly informs how we structure our implementations and identify product improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, you will contribute to the design and evolution of new features. Your frontline experience gives you a unique perspective that helps shape the roadmap and ensures we continue building with client needs in mind
Client Relationship Management: As a trusted partner to our clients, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships throughout the implementation journey and beyond. Your ability to align their goals with our platform’s capabilities will be key to their success and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in private funds, whether in fund accounting, fund operations, or implementing fund management software
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent experience is a plus
Comfortable translating complex fund structures and calculations into clear, scalable solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable presenting to clients
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable in fund accounting systems (Yardi, Investran, etc.)
Experience with investment structures and financial statements
Heightened attention to detail that can be applied to the translation of a variety of private fund structures and calculations into a flexible software solution
