Responsibilities

Work with other professionals within a National Tax Services team; work with tax professionals domestically and internationally
Provide tax consulting and compliance in a professional environment for the effective diagnosis, solution, development, and implementation of tax solutions
Help draft and assist in the delivery of client projects; use quantitative analysis to solve issues that arise
Assist with US tax reporting for international transactions, including new provisions resulting from Tax Reform, e.g., GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Section 163(j) interest limitation, Section 199A, and the interplay with privately-held taxpayers
Assist in providing IC-DISC administration

Qualification

CPA licenseTax consultingAccounting degreeTechnical accounting knowledgeMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam or have a current CPA license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
1+ years of tax experience

Preferred

Previous experience or internships in a public accounting firm performing audit or tax work
Demonstrated technical accounting knowledge
