Robins Insurance, A Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to assist in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. The role involves providing high-quality service to designated accounts and supporting Producer activities without being a sales role.

Responsibilities

Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts

Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities

Assist in proposals, renewals, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish

Qualification

Property & Casualty LicenseCommercial Lines experienceMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelAgency automation systemVertafore products

Required

Must hold a current Property & Casualty License (If not in the state of TN, must be willing to transfer licensing to the state)

2+ years of Commercial Lines experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager that is relevant to the role

Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel

In our office we use Vertafore products: AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc
