Student Employee - Peer Financial Coach
NEOGOV is associated with the University of Central Missouri, which is seeking motivated students to join their Financial Literacy Center as Peer Financial Coaches. The role involves providing guidance to fellow students on budgeting, financial aid, and promoting financial literacy events on campus.

Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with fellow students to provide guidance on:
Budgeting and saving
Navigating financial aid and the FAFSA
Understanding interest rates and loan terms
Building and maintaining healthy credit
Answering basic tax-related questions
Connecting students with campus resources (scholarship/job tools, etc.)
Supporting mini-grant recipients
Help students build confidence and reduce stress around money
Promote financial literacy events and workshops on campus
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in personal finance and helping others
Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
