They are looking for a Solutions Engineer I to join their Managed Services team, where the primary responsibilities include transforming software applications into completed products and providing comprehensive sales support through product demonstrations and proposal crafting.

Responsibilities
Be the Bridge Between Concept & Execution – As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be involved in every aspect of transforming a software application into a completed product by providing comprehensive sales support. You’ll take a concept from inception to completion—from strategy to implementation—analyzing business needs and ensuring our solutions exceed expectations
Lead Engaging Product Demos – Deliver high-impact presentations via phone, web, and onsite meetings to showcase how our solutions solve real business challenges
Customize & Configure – Tailor the Galaxy solution to fit unique business needs, ensuring a seamless demo experience for large prospect opportunities
Train & Empower – Educate internal teams and international resellers on the latest features and functionalities, equipping them with the tools to succeed
Own the Spotlight – Spearhead webinars, develop engaging PowerPoint presentations, create compelling demo scripts, and take on the role of presenter
Support Sales & Proposals – Assist in crafting winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), providing expert insights to secure key deals
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Attend meetings and sprint reviews to remain up to date on the latest developments and innovations
Showcase Our Solutions on a Global Stage – Travel (up to 20%, including weekends, holidays, domestic or international) for trade shows, user group meetings, and onsite reseller training to demonstrate the power of our platform
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Gateway Ticketing Systems' Galaxy suite of products
Operational experience supporting attractions or non-profit organizations
Ability to analyze business needs and take projects from strategy to implementation
Understanding of software solutions and helping businesses unlock their full potential
Strong presentation skills and ability to make complex solutions easy to understand
Detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple tasks efficiently
Expert communication skills in person, over the phone, or via email
Proficiency in CRM tools, Loopio, and Microsoft Office 365
