Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, Order Administrator and Customer service. ( 3 direct & 9 indirect – few contract employees)
Manage and develop Customer service team to ensure timely and accurate spare parts quotes, proactive customer engagement and collaboration with suppliers
Build strategy to grow Aftermarket business, leveraging installed base, market trends and strong capabilities

Required

Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, Order Administrator and Customer service

Strong background in pump mechanical design, hydraulics, and manufacturing processes

10+ years of experience with rotating equipment or pump design, manufacturing, and/or field service
