Responsibilities
Implement and manage RMF processes
Help design and maintain secure systems
Monitor and respond to security events as needed
Develop and enforce security policies
Support security program management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ten (10) years of general experience with at least 5 years in Computer Science or related engineering field
Have an active DoD Secret clearance
DoD 8140 Role and Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II+ or Information Assurance Management (IAM) II+ Certification (i.e. CISSP, SecurityX, Security+ etc)
Demonstrated expertise in RMF/IA with a particular focus and knowledge on cloud technologies and cloud deployments
Knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and A&A processes
Experience preparing and maintaining RMF documentation (SSP, SAR, POA&M)
Knowledge of secure system and network architecture design
Experience with system hardening and compliance with DISA STIGs
Experience with personnel and industrial security management (clearances, access control)
Experience with security training, awareness, and briefings
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
