Materials Review Board QRC (Disk) - Weekend Shift

They are seeking a Material Review Board Team Member to assist Engineering and Manufacturing in managing parts through the Material Review Board Process, ensuring proper disposition and communication of materials that require review.

Responsibilities

Assisting Engineering and Manufacturing to properly disposition parts running through the Material Review Board Process
General organization and maintenance of MRB Cribs
Coordinating 305/501 closures with Engineering Support to Operations
Communication of QN material which needs review to Quality and Manufacturing part family owners
Coordinating the creation of Rework/Repair Travelers and final approval of them
Final disposition of nonconforming material
Follow all EH&S rules and guidelines
Full support of RMEA QNs from a tracking, closure standpoint

Qualification

Required

HS Diploma or GED
1+ Year of relevant experience in either: manufacturing, quality control, parts/ inventory management or a related area
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Skilled in processing of Quality Notifications in Solumina and/or ERP (SAP)
Skilled in navigating Solumina to confirm work instruction and routing requirements
Prior quality inspection experience, especially in aerospace or automotive
Experience working in an AS9100 manufacturing facility
Quality control or quality assurance experience in an manufacturing environment
Prior experience making decisions on conforming versus nonconforming material
