Qualification
Required
Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Technical skills in financial software, spreadsheet tools, and familiarity with general ledger systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or some related area of concentration
Preferred
Prior accounting experience or internship in a similar role is a plus
