Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
Support AP/AR processing and fixed asset tracking
Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
Help prepare internal financial reports and audit-related documentation
Maintain accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2–4+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting functions
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
