The Electronics Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and productivity in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel

Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, and/or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed

Uses hand tools, power tools machines or other equipment to perform work

May perform assembly operations under microscope or another magnifying device

Inspects own work to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards

Conducts quality checks periodically

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness by meeting all productivity and quality objectives

Communicates with team and support staff to ensure continuous production at high-quality levels
