Responsibilities

Develop and execute public sector partner marketing strategies to support demand generation, co-marketing programs, and go-to-market initiatives
Drive revenue and pipeline growth through targeted public sector marketing campaigns and partner engagement
Manage partner communications, update co-marketing assets, and support collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders
Engage with C-suite executives and department heads to align marketing and business objectives
Coordinate partner events, webinars, workshops, and customer engagement activities
Leverage data visualization and project management tools to monitor performance, track deliverables, and optimize campaign outcomes
Nurture emerging ISV partnerships, particularly in the AI ecosystem
Use audience insights, analytics, and ABM frameworks to refine targeting and improve partner marketing success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4-8 years of experience in B2B public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, sales channel marketing, or related disciplines
Proven experience working with public sector clients and partners across federal, state, local, NGO, and non-profit segments
Strong history of exceeding pipeline goals and driving measurable revenue impact through partner marketing initiatives
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data visualization tools such as Miro, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or Tableau
Experience with project management platforms, including Confluence, Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, or SharePoint
Experience nurturing ISV partnerships, ideally in the AI space

Preferred

Experience with audience and analytics tools such as ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6Sense, or Bombora
Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing automation strategies
