Sonwil is a logistics company seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to manage freight movement across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on delivering cost-effective logistics solutions, building strong partnerships with carriers, and ensuring efficient freight operations.

Responsibilities

Drive Results: Help grow our brokerage business by securing reliable transportation solutions and optimizing carrier relationships

Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier service and support, addressing challenges with speed and confidence

Build Relationships: Strengthen and expand our network of trusted carrier partners

Make an Impact: Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute directly to our customers’ success

Manage/grow relationships with current the Sonwil Logistics carrier base

Rapid “on the fly” rate negotiations with carriers

Target prospective new carriers through outbound “warm” calling to build book of business

Utilize investigative sales techniques to further develop carrier capacity

Manage full truckload (FTL) and less than truckload (LTL) shipments

Assign, dispatch, and track all shipments with carriers

Assist in support and execution of quoting opportunities for first time and existing customers

Proactively address problems and implement effective, timely solutions

Serve as the liaison between an individual/company that needs shipping services and an authorized motor carrier

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Must like to work in a fast paced and highly competitive sales market
