Responsibilities
Ensure monthly activities are properly recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Review and manage the internal monthly reporting package
Review and manage balance sheet account reconciliations
Review and manage the preparation of schedules to assist financial reporting team with 10-Q and 10-K disclosure requirements
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP
Assist with external and internal audit requests
Evaluate, develop, and maintain documentation on operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance
Manage, train and coach personnel under supervision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
CPA required
5+ years of relevant accounting related business experience, including public accounting
Preferred
Multinational public company, financial services, or leasing company experience a plus
