Responsibilities

Assist in the technical configuration, customization, and deployment of ERP solutions (PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud)

Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications

Support system integrations, data conversions, and workflow design

Participate in testing cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and help implement fixes

Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes

Prepare documentation, training materials, and presentations for internal and client-facing use

Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of assigned tasks, communicating proactively, and contributing ideas for process improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field

Demonstrated leadership skills through internships, campus activities, project teams, or part-time roles

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

An interest in consulting, process improvement, and enterprise software
