Responsibilities
Lead new business initiatives and actively manage and support business development and structured deal pipeline, including coordinating required due diligence and related return analysis
Coordinate implementation of regulatory and control-related projects
Develop the annual budget, including revenue, expense, and capital planning
Manage US-based Commodities Business Management team; and
Optimize bottom-line business performance and improve various business processes by driving key initiatives
Qualification
Required
Self-starter, strong communicator, ability to lead meetings
Strong desire to learn, and high level of energy & enthusiasm
Ability to handle multiple assignments and challenging deadlines; good project management skills
Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions
Ability to effectively partner with and influence a broad range of groups
Technical analysis skills and data manipulation – MS Office Products
Finance technical skills – P&L, RWA, Balance Sheet and Return metrics
Preferred
Prior experience in a business management role preferred
Knowledge of commodities products preferred
