Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

Review/vet various proposals from contractors, suppliers, design professionals and consultants
Prepare agreements based on Related Companies’ contract templates
Handle the contracting process from preparation of agreement though execution
Interact with lenders/investors/partners to obtain necessary contract approvals
Gain familiarity with overall legal structure of each respective project, including understanding of underlying legal documents relating to the project
Prepare legal notices/correspondence

Required

Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in a corporate environment
High computer proficiency (i.e. MS Word, Excel and/or other related software programs)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), due to heavy interaction with attorneys and high-level executives
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

Preferred

Experience working in construction/architecture/engineering/consulting a plus
