5+ years expMetric Geo is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee major structural and self-perform concrete scopes on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and mid/high-rise projects across the Nashville market. This role is responsible for driving coordination, schedule, budgeting, and field execution for complex concrete packages.
Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle for concrete scopes: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field coordination
Lead project meetings, subcontractor coordination, and communication with owners, engineers, and field teams
Review drawings, rebar/shop drawings, and formwork plans to ensure accuracy and constructability
Monitor cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and documentation
Support field leadership with sequencing, pour planning, logistics, and production targets
Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance on all concrete operations
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience
Strong background in structural concrete, formwork systems, rebar coordination, and pour sequencing
Experience on commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or mid/high-rise projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
