Responsibilities
Weld and manufacture large and small fabrications to a high standard within specified timeframes, using MIG, TIG, and MMA processes
Work with mild and stainless-steel components, ensuring precision and quality in all fabrications
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment
Work effectively within a team environment, offering improvement ideas and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
A recognised engineering apprenticeship in a relevant field (e.g., fabrication, welding) or equivalent relevant experience
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding processes
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong attention to quality and a methodical approach to tasks
High degree of self-motivation and flexibility
Ability to work well within a team environment
