Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end
Engage in pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, and demo building for enterprise customers
Qualification
Required
12–15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI
Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
Experience across AWS / Azure / GCP for AI solutioning and deployment
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask)
Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow
Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes and use cases
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with CXOs and technical teams alike
Preferred
Experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search)
Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, bias detection, and model interpretability
Exposure to multi-agent architectures and enterprise AI governance
MBA or domain certification in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus
