Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
Oversee treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning
Partner with leadership to ensure financial systems support business growth and operational efficiency
Lead compliance efforts across accounting and finance functions
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
Mentor and collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Strong understanding of internal controls, cash management, and financial operations
Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

CPA preferred (not required)
Previous public accounting experience highly preferred
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred (not required)
