Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact between healthcare partners and Lone Star Ambulance
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, ER staff and Partners
Identify new business opportunities to expand IFT and 911 contracts
Conduct regular site visits to facilities to ensure satisfaction and resolve service concerns
Track and report referral trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and timely response
Represent Lone Star Ambulance at community events, health fairs, and outreach programs
Support internal communication to align field staff with customer expectations
Prepare performance summaries and marketing reports for leadership review
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of EMS, healthcare, or business development experience
Strong understanding of ambulance operations and healthcare systems
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Professional appearance and conduct in all customer interactions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing
Preferred
Current EMS certification (EMT or Paramedic)
