The Senior Blockchain Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the digital infrastructure and products that power the company's technology, with a focus on smart contracts and blockchain solutions.

Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and maintain smart contracts in a production environment on the Ethereum network
Work on tools designed to manage a large and growing real estate portfolio efficiently
Develop products that enable investors to initiate and manage their investments into Groma’s real estate funds
Express Groma’s property assets, investor share holdings, and REIT operations on Ethereum and other networks
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve problems across the business
Contribute across the entire technology stack, including backend and frontend development
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts in a production environment on the Ethereum network
Experience working with a variety of token standards
Comfortable building web applications in Django or a comparable framework
Willing and able to contribute across the entire technology stack
Ability to operate across backend and frontend development, blockchain infrastructure, or spreadsheet hacking
Desire to move fast while building reliable, secure, and easily-maintainable systems
Startup interest and ability to navigate the ups and downs of an early-stage company
Product mindset and ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and build pragmatic solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, Solidity
Experience with frameworks like Django and React
Experience with infrastructure such as Google Cloud, Postgres, Ethereum
