This role focuses on developing and managing enterprise-wide learning initiatives, including leadership development and corporate training.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual L&D strategy and training calendar for essential skills, business skills, corporate training, leadership development, CX/EX, and sales enablement

Own all curriculum development using instructional design, adult learning principles, and blended learning methodologies

Build custom learning solutions in partnership with management and executive leadership

Manage Mustang Cat’s corporate Leadership Programs (Management Training, Leadership Development, Management Fundamentals)

Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across the organization

Facilitate high-impact instructor-led training and virtual sessions

Develop and deliver eLearning, microlearning, and digital content using authoring tools

Support talent development, onboarding, and competency-building for employees at all levels

Facilitate monthly New Employee Orientation to create a strong first impression and onboarding experience

Partner with the LMS Manager and Communications to maintain content, track results, measure impact, and increase engagement in the Learning Management System (LMS)
