NuBlue Electric, Plumbing and Air is seeking a Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Service Technician to inspect, service, and repair heavy machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing issues, and making necessary repairs on various heavy equipment.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Conduct routine checks and tasks, such as changing fluids, lubricating moving parts, and tightening connections, to extend equipment lifespan and prevent future problems

Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using both traditional tools and computerized diagnostic equipment

Maintain a variety of heavy machinery used in the landfill

Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and repairs

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations

Required

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems

Must be able to travel between landfills, a company vehicle will be supplied

Valid driver's license with a clean record, deemed insurable by our carrier
