Responsibilities
Painting scenery and properties
Construction of scenery and properties
Basic use and care of theatrical lighting instruments
Maintenance and organization of shop and other support areas
Basic use and care of the Finley Theatre rigging system
Qualification
Required
Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed
Minimum 18 years of age
Ability to climb, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
Physical and mental ability to work between 20-60 feet above the stage floor
Preferred
Experience in carpentry, painting or basic construction
Skilled in the operation and use of power tools
