They are seeking a Vice President, Business Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture team, where the role focuses on developing capability models and collaborating on architectural designs to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a firm-wide capability model to support organizational goals
Collaborate with solution/domain architects and application teams to research and drive architectural designs based on business capabilities
Create and leverage redundancy reports, enforcing best practices and principles of capability-driven architecture
Provide guidance and support for enterprise transformation initiatives such as the Platform North Star reviews as part of the Enterprise’s conversion to a Platforms Operating Model
Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman, to guide the development and implementation of business architecture
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of business architecture principles
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in enterprise business architecture, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to the organization
Perform data analytics to support business architecture activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
More than 5 years of experience in technology and architecture roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Python, Alteryx, or similar data-analytics development environments
Preferred
Experience in the securities or financial services industry
Experience with Microsoft Power BI development
