Responsibilities
Work together in a cross functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps centric model
Design, implement, deploy, release and monitor your team's applications, take part on pull request reviews
Understand business needs by working together with your colleagues from across different divisions of the client
Take part of planning and feature refinement sessions together with your team
Together with Solution Architects design software solutions that are aligned to client’s overall architecture vision
Actively take part on client’s Software Engineering communities, sharing your knowledge and helping others
Deliver high quality code, aligned with client’s guidelines and standards
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years of experience with this stack: - Java - Springboot - Service oriented architecture, RESTful services - SQL (Oracle) - React, JavaScript, Typescript - Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines - Streaming using Kafka, Avro - Open API, UML
High level of English (C1) is required, you will work mainly in English with international teams
You have proven delivery experience in Software Engineering using industry standards, such as test-oriented development using TDD and BDD
You understand DevOps concepts, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), and the importance and value of automated testing
You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have proven relevant working experience
We don't expect from you to be an expert in both frontend and backend domains. We understand that everyone has their specialties and preferences, so we don't expect you to be an expert in both React and Spring Boot/Java, for example. However, we do expect you to be open to working in both domains when required, while still maintaining a focus on either frontend or backend
