Responsibilities

Lead the design and strategic alignment of annual sales incentive and compensation plans, focused on driving sales rep behaviors in line with divisional objectives
Build and deliver annual quota targets to all sales reps, partnering closely with Area Directors and Regional Managers to maximize growth opportunities
Coordinate ongoing updates to master territory management database
Manage monthly reporting close processes, ensuring performance results and headcount metrics are completed accurately and timely
Communicate monthly sales performance results and insights through executive-level business reviews
Oversee changes to compensation, quotas and territory alignments related to headcount movements
Coach and develop direct reports in a team-oriented culture
Influence organizational awareness and promote accountability around commercial performance KPIs and measurement tools

Required

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or internal operations required
Prior commercial business industry experience required, healthcare sector experience is a plus
Results-driven organizational leadership and talent development capability
Aptitude to engage and influence business partners across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and thought leadership
Proactive mindset to identify key business needs and design tools that enable business priorities
Ability to influence decision making through data-driven insights, leveraging large data sets
Strong project management skills, including ability to work across functions and drive key initiatives to completion
Familiarity with key systems including Salesforce, Power BI, Incent Xactly, Qlik, Oracle and Microsoft suite of tools
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
