Submittal & Shop Drawing Reviews
Project Controls including Document Control, RFI’s, and Schedule Updates
Daily Subcontractor Management
Quantity Tracking & Verification including performing work Takeoffs
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Requires extensive regular contact with assigned Haydon crews and/or subcontractors
Participating in Owner and Subcontractor meetings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering
0-3 years experience in heavy civil and related functions
Thorough knowledge of civil construction industry
Excellent skills in P6 scheduling software
Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Center OST, and MS Project
High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations
