Investment Banking Knowledge - Experience with financial modeling and analysis with significant exposure to finance and accounting
Analytical Skills - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology
Time Management - Highly-motivated and energetic while managing one's time, and effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all items
Personal Characteristics - Demonstrates professionalism, superior attention to detail, integrity, maturity, intellectual curiosity, initiative and good judgment; takes pride of ownership for wins and accountability for losses/mistakes with the ability to work in teams
Communications Skills - Excellent conceptualization, presentation and communication skills to effectively execute change
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Minimum Required: 0-2 years as a business analyst, or related experience in brokerage industry

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
