Responsibilities

Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling for prospective and live transactions

Support financial and operational due diligence analysis of target companies and identify and resolve key deal issues

Support deal team and other leaders in developing and presenting executive-level memoranda, presentations, and detailed financial analysis to share with senior leadership

Support strategy formation and analysis

Support denovo planning and analysis

Prepare ad hoc analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and support key corporate initiatives

Work directly with target company representatives to gather data and support due diligence

Work with cross functional teams to collect and analyze information and communicate key findings

Support ad hoc projects (e.g., analysis of prospect pipeline, tracking of prior investments, etc.) and other administrative tasks
