Responsibilities

Providing System Administration and SSP/Security support for the program in both Linux and Windows environments

Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems

Manage daily IT system configuration and operations

Assist users with IT systems access and usage

Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices

Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers

Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning

Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and performance

Experience providing Sr. Linux (Red Hat/Rocky/CentOS) and LatteArt / SSP, STE/STN support

Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
