Responsibilities

Drive Growth: Meet IA revenue goals, expand automation footprint, and build multi-million-dollar contracts

Business Development: Identify opportunities, align with client automation strategies, and lead end-to-end proposal processes (RFP/RFI)

Client Success: Manage senior-level relationships, ensure satisfaction, and foster repeat business

Team Leadership: Coach Customer Success Leaders, manage resource allocation, and achieve utilization targets

Brand Building: Lead regional marketing initiatives, events, and thought leadership to strengthen Capgemini’s IA presence

Governance & Quality: Ensure accurate estimations, program governance, and reuse of GTM materials to improve margins
