Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an Access Management Engineer to support a federal program implementing secure, scalable identity solutions in alignment with Zero Trust principles. In this role, you will help design, deploy, and optimize access management capabilities that protect sensitive federal systems and work directly with government stakeholders to integrate Okta across various environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between Okta and existing federal applications, systems, and infrastructure (cloud and on-premises)

Deploy, configure, and maintain Okta to support SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and directory services

Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues across diverse environments

Identify and mitigate risks within federal systems by applying Zero Trust controls and secure configuration practices

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Okta, providing technical guidance and best practices to government customers and stakeholders

Support the full software development lifecycle for access management and Zero Trust implementations

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in secure environments

Demonstrated experience applying Zero Trust principles, security controls, and risk mitigation
