Answer 20+ daily inbound calls from consumers inquiring about Medicare benefits
Present tailored Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans to meet client needs
Explain policy details clearly and provide exceptional customer service
Manage and retain a client base using cutting-edge CRM and VoIP technology

Qualification

Life & Health Insurance LicenseAHIP CertificationSales ExperienceCRM ProficiencyVoIP Systems

Required

Active Life & Health Insurance License and AHIP Certification (required before hire)
Proven sales experience, ideally in health insurance or related fields
Excellent communication and customer service skills for phone-based client interactions
Proficiency with CRMs, VoIP systems, and strong organizational skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Medicare benefits is a plus (comprehensive training provided)
