Responsibilities
Source compute, networking, storage and other hardware needs
Delivering hands-on sourcing services to the business including RFx execution, negotiations, contracting reviews and other sourcing-related activities
Global hardware category sourcing strategy responsibilities
Being a trusted partner to our business partners in Engineering, IT, Operations, Finance, and Legal
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); MBA degree is a plus
15+ overall years of professional business experience
7+ years of leadership experience
Experience sourcing hardware category in fast pace enterprise hi-tech environment
Hands-on sourcing experience and part of a small team and strong negotiating skills
Leader with vision and experience working at a global scale
Deep category experience and a record of execution excellence
Demonstrate comfort with frequently changing business needs
Ability to consistently collaborate across organizational boundaries
Preferred
Sourcing experience at major hyperscaler environment
Working experience with major global hardware OEMs
Experience sourcing test and measurement equipment
Presentation skills both oral and written
Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing and DocuSign CLM
