Monitor Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for positive mentions of Del Mar College and posts appropriate for re-posting and/or re-tweeting positive references to Del Mar College and Del Mar Alumni

Alert the Office of Development/Foundation Team of negative situations or inaccurate comments

Research student stories for professional retelling

Update Twitter daily

Update and post to Facebook daily

Post to Instagram daily

Create graphics and content for social media

Capture images with phone and camera

Research topics and produce Facebook, Twitter and Instagram messages for official Del Mar College Foundation social media outlets, under the direction of the Office of Development/Foundation professionals

Required

Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed

Skill in the use of general graphic design

Strong typing and computer skills

Excellent people and communication skills

Ability to take creative direction, incorporating the College's and Office of Development and Foundation's best interests with regards to finished products

Dependable in the use of the College's equipment, procedures and processes

Reliable in completing assigned projects in a polished and timely manner
