Accroid Inc is a company seeking a Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer. The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring technical execution of the program, and working closely with program management to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with the program Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL)

Responsible for the Technical Execution of the program

Work directly with the Program Manager/IPTL to establish and complete program milestones

Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment

Develop and participate in presentations for gate reviews

Attend Failure Review Boards (FRBs) when required

Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes

Report status metrics for your team to stakeholders

Define program requirements in a multi-disciplinary team

As the lead, you will be expected to provide training, as needed, understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and define/delegate tasking for your team

Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment
