Responsibilities
Lead and oversee engineering activities supporting system design, integration, and performance optimization
Develop and apply systems engineering processes for sensor technologies and related systems
Conduct interface analysis and system architecture assessments to ensure seamless integration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones and deliverables
Provide training on system operations, maintenance, and integration to enhance team proficiency
Support mission readiness through technical documentation, troubleshooting, and system validation
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required
Master's degree in an Engineering discipline
Minimum of 10 years of professional systems engineering experience
At least 5 years of experience in sensor technologies and systems within the Department of Defense (DoD)
Proven experience leading teams on complex projects supporting DoD platforms and mission systems
